
Account Deletion
Effective date: 17 July 2026
1. Delete from the mobile app
Student app users can initiate account deletion from the app's profile/account area. The app may ask you to confirm your choice because deletion is permanent and removes access to your saved counselling data, test history, choice lists, linked parent access, and active device sessions.
2. Delete by contacting us
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by contacting our Grievance Officer or support team with your registered mobile number and account type.

3. What data is deleted
- Your student, parent, or partner account profile, where applicable.
- Saved counselling choices, app sessions, linked parent access, push tokens, support records that are not legally required, and app activity associated with the account.
- Personal data in test history, analytics, AI Counsellor history, referral records, and device records, except where retention is required or permitted by law.
4. What may be retained
Some records may be retained after deletion where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, security audits, unresolved support issues, or enforcement of our Terms & Conditions. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
5. Timing
We will process verified deletion requests within the timelines required by applicable law. If we need additional verification to protect the account from unauthorised deletion, we will contact you using the registered mobile number or email address.
